Community Guidelines

01 You must be 18 or older

If you are under 18, please leave. If you believe the person you are talking to is under 18, end the call and report it.

02 Be kind first

• Greet people. A hello and a smile cost nothing.
• No insults, slurs or mockery about race, nationality, religion, gender, sexuality, disability or appearance.
• No threats and no intimidation, even as a joke.
• If someone wants to end the call, let them go without argument.

03 Keep it consensual and lawful

• Do not expose yourself or show explicit material on a call.
• Nothing sexual involving anyone under 18, ever. This may be reported to the authorities.
• No violence, self-harm, illegal drugs or weapons on camera.
• Nothing that is against the law where you or the other person live.

04 No scams and no selling

• Do not ask anyone for money, gift cards, coins or bank details.
• Do not advertise products, services or other websites.
• Do not pretend to be ChillHub staff or anyone else.
• Do not try to move people to another platform in order to charge them.

05 Respect privacy

• Do not capture or share another person's image, voice or messages without their consent.
• Do not press anyone for their address, workplace, phone number or social accounts.
• Do not publish personal information about another user anywhere.

06 Use the site honestly

• One person, one session. No bots, looping videos or fake camera feeds.
• Do not try to manipulate matching, the Reward Center or coin balances.
• Do not return under a new identity after a ban.

07 If someone breaks the rules

End the call; you never need a reason. Use the report option to tell us what happened, and block the person if you want no further contact. For anything that needs a fuller explanation, write to [email protected].

Breaking these guidelines can lead to a warning, a restriction or the closure of an account, depending on how serious it was.

08 The short version

Say hi. Be curious. Leave people better than you found them. That is the whole idea of chill.
