Terms of Service

01 Eligibility

To use ChillHub you must be at least 18. By using the site you confirm that you are, and that using a service of this kind is lawful where you live. We may close any account that appears to belong to someone under 18.

02 What ChillHub is

ChillHub is a browser-based service that connects two people for a live video conversation, with typed messages alongside. You can be matched at random or choose a person from the list of those online. You can follow people and contact them again from their profile.

We work to keep the service available, but we do not promise that it will run without interruption, or that a match will be found at any particular moment.

03 Guests and accounts

You can use the site as a guest. A guest session is stored in your browser; if you clear the browser data, that session and anything attached to it, including follows and coins, may be lost. Signing in lets you keep them. You are responsible for what happens under your session or account.

04 How you agree to behave

• Follow the community guidelines at all times.
• Do not harass, threaten, deceive or pressure anyone.
• Do not show or request sexual content involving anyone under 18, and do not show explicit content on a call.
• Do not capture, save or share another person's image or voice without their consent.
• Do not use the site to advertise, sell, collect payments or run scams.
• Do not use bots, scripts or other tools to interfere with matching or to gather data.

05 Free matches, the Reward Center and coins

New users receive free matches. More can be claimed from the Reward Center, found at the top of the match screen, several times a day. The amounts and timing are set by us and may change.

Once free matches are used, matching and certain other features require coins. Coins are purchased on chillhub.chat only, at the price shown at checkout, and have no cash value. They cannot be transferred or exchanged outside the site. Refund requests are considered case by case; write to support with the purchase details.

06 Your content

You keep ownership of what you add to the site, such as a profile photo or messages. You give us permission to store, display and transmit it as needed to operate the service. Do not upload anything you have no right to share.

07 What we may do

If these terms or the community guidelines are broken, we may remove content, restrict features, suspend an account or close it. Serious breaches may be passed to the authorities. Unused coins are forfeited when an account is closed for a breach.

08 Limits of our responsibility

The service is provided as it is. We are not responsible for what other users say or do, on or off a call. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing here removes rights that the law says cannot be removed.

09 Leaving

You can stop using ChillHub at any time. To have an account and its data deleted, email [email protected]. The sections on responsibility and conduct continue to apply to things that happened before you left.

10 Changes and contact

We may revise these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions go to [email protected].
